We strive to ensure that all our hijabs and accessories reach you in perfect condition, but we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Below are the circumstances under which we offer returns or refunds:
- Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are more than happy to assist you. Please take a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the item when you receive it. This helps us verify your claim and process your request smoothly.
YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AT WHATSAPP. ANY REQUESTS MADE AFTER THIS TIMEFRAME CANNOT BE ENTERTAINED.
- Wrong Products Delivered
If the wrong product was delivered to you, don’t worry! We’ll correct the issue right away. Just WhatsApp us with a clear unboxing video showing the mistake, and we’ll arrange a resolution for you.
Exceptions:
- Color Discrepancies: While we try our best to show the true color of our products, different screen settings and lighting can sometimes cause slight variations. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color differences.
- Accessories: Unfortunately, accessories (like hijab pins, underscarves, etc) are non-returnable once received, so please double-check your order carefully.
Return Process:
If your item is eligible for a return (damaged or wrong product), please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video through WhatsApp.
- Return Authorization: We will guide you on how to return the product, including providing a return address.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been processed and we’ve received the returned product(s), we will initiate your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- Refund Timeline: Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned product.
International Orders
For international orders, once your order is dispatched, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. If you refuse delivery of the package, it will be destroyed by the courier partner, and no refunds will be provided.
Additional Notes:
- Postage for Returns: The cost of shipping the returned items will not be refunded.
- Cancelled Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order if it does not comply with our policies or if we are unable to fulfill the order. In such cases, we’ll notify you and process a refund within 14 working days.
